Normal Crate Controller

The crate controller (CC) controls all the operations of a crate.

When it receives a command from the branch coupler, it checks the C value to see if the command is intended for its own crate. If the command is not intended for its own crate, then it sends the command to the next crate along the branch. If the command is intended for its own crate, then the crate controller checks the N value, and sends the command to the correct module.

The crate controller also controls the timing of the crate. It controls which module is to send data. The controller then receives the data and sends it to the branch coupler.
