Preface

This is the co-op technical report for my 1989 summer work term, as required by the UBC cooperative education program.

I chose this topic because I have worked with CAMAC for months. The program decribed in this program was one of my major projects for the summer. My supervisor, George Ludgate, wanted a program that will check the most important modules in a CAMAC system before an experiment.
