Install the software etc. after a computer upgrade
Checklist: ( writing this file is in progress... )
1 Restore the bnmr/bnqr/pol/midas/musrdaq user directories from backup (if not done already)
2. Restore /etc/exptab from backup
3. Install midas - use the older midas (MIDAS library version 1.9.5) - latest does not work with our vxworks - follow ALL STEPS of midas instructions
4. see instructions to build Midas vxworks
5. Restore /etc/logrotate.d/musrmidas from backup
